They convert my sims 2 career to sims 3.
It goes really well working together with other creators who post on my blog.

Help wanted: Looking for creative people to write chance cards.
As you might have noticed not all of my uploaded careers have chance cards.
Requesters don't need to provide chance cards by start, but it's a nice addon.
As I'm not at all creative myself to write chance cards about careers I don't know anything about (the requester does), I'm looking for people who are creative and want to write chance cards.
