  • Add an option to your sim. Click on the active sim to see the new option.
• Target Sim Menu
  • Add an option to another sim. Click that sim to see this option.
• Summon Method
  • Summon a sim to your lot.

  • Change the buy mode (advisable not to do so).

For this adjustor there are following options:

• Grow Up
  • You can grow up any sim immediately (also babies)
• Select Age
  • Select the age of your active sim (Toddler, child, Teen,...).
• Fix Appearance
  • Choose what you would like to do
  • Make Over
    • Choose the sim you would like to change (like mirror)
  • Face Lift
    • Choose the sim you would like to change (like CAS-screen)
• Weekday
  • Change the day of the week
• Set Hour
  • Change the hour of the day
• Age Days Left
  • Change the days left for your sims (like: 20 days left to elder changing to 10 or 25 days left to elder).
• Aging
  • Works like Aging off/on
• Vacation 
  • Add/remove vacationdays

  • Give the active sim an illness.

• Temperature
  • Decide the temperature of the active sim or group.
• My Fitness
  • Decide the condition of the active sim.

  • The active sim will get poison ivy or be healed from it.

For this adjustor there are following options:

• Lot Jealousy
  • Turn off the jealousy on your lot.
    
• New Name
  • Change the first name of a sim.
• Fix Appearance
  • Choose between these two:
    • Make Over
      • Change appearance  (like the mirror does)
    • Face Lift
      • Choose the sim you want to give a plastic surgery (like the CAS-screen)
        
• Tanning
  • Change the tanning level.
    
• Gestures
  • Add or remove gestures your sims can use.
    
• Timer
  • Make the timer for parties, a date,... longer or shorter.

For this adjustor there are following options:

• My Aspiration Score
  • Change the aspiration score.
• Group Aspiration Score

  • Decide which level your aspiration should be.

  • Add aspiration points to buy aspiration awards.

  • Change the aspiration, turn ons and turn offs of your sim.
• Randomize
  • The game chooses the aspiration for you.
• Aspiration Score Decay
  • I don't know what this does.
• Aspiration Score Lock
  • The aspiration score of your sim doesn't change anymore.
• Lifetime Platinum
  • Have lifetime Platinum like forfilling the lifetime wish.
• Lifetime Wants
  • Lifetime wish/want is changed randomly.
• Wants Panel
  • Add a lock or slot to the wants and fear panel
