As you start out, you may know nothing about child care. Working with babies who don't do much is a good starting point.

2 Neighborhood Babysitter 16-20 $71 W-Th-F-Sa
Because your neighbors are starting to trust you, you can start earning more money by watching more kids. Get on their good side and a raise could be coming your way!

3 Professional Babysitter 17-21 $96 W-Th-F-Sa
Now that you're a professional, you're the person that everyone calls to watch their kids. You've become a must for all parents who are going on vacation.

Lientebollemeis asked me to convert some of her Sims 2 careers and I was very happy to do that! So this is one of her careers, Babysitter!

It was requested for Sims 2 by Superstar001.


You find here a conversion for the Sims 3. So any additional texts, info etc are by me, but the original idea is from Lientebollemeis and Superstar001.


Here is the full information for the career for Sims 3. The career is located at the Hospital. It has one custom tone, Chat to Children, which builds the Charisma skill.

                                                    

Career Levels

Babysitter Career ~ Love children, toddlers and babies? Well now you can look after them after school!

1. Nursery Duty ~ As you start out, you may know nothing about child care. Working with babies who don't do much is a good starting point.
Wages: §45/hour
Days: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Work hours: 4.00pm ~ 7.00pm

2. Neighbourhood Babysitter ~ Because your neighbors are starting to trust you, you can start earning more money by watching more kids. Get on their good side and a raise could be coming your way!
Wages: §71/hour
Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Work hours: 4.00pm ~ 7.00pm

3. Professional Babysitter ~ Now that you're a professional, you're the person that everyone calls to watch their kids. You've become a must for all parents who are going on vacation.

Wages: §96/hour
Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Work hours: 4.00pm ~ 7.00pm

This career was made with patch 1.36 and should work with all lower patches. It requires only the base game to run and should work with any combination of expansion and stuff packs. It works in my game but if you have problems, let me know :
