Here is the full information for the career for Sims 3. The career has 10 levels and is located at the Business and Journalism Offices. Career Levels Photography Career ~ Love taking photos of anything and everything, from that vase of flowers in the hallway, to your best friend dancing drunkenly at the pub last night? Maybe you’ve even had aspirations to become a wedding photographer, or even simply to be paid for the time and effort involved in each photo. This is the career path for you!
1. Amateur ~ You just take photo’s for fun and let some friends come over to pose, but you don’t mean anything in the photographers’ world. Wages: §10/hour Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Work hours: 9.00am ~ 5.00pm 2. Photographer's Assistant ~ Working as an Assistant Photographer is one of the best routes into a career in professional photography. Assistant Photographers must be prepared to do whatever is necessary to ensure that a photographic shoot runs smoothly. This typically involves preparing sets, checking that all equipment is functioning properly, setting up lighting and accessories, taking meter readings, transmitting files and transporting film or prints to and from laboratories. Photographer ~ For photographers who enjoy travel, meeting creative people and solving visual challenges, a career in Advertising and Editorial Photography is a highly attractive prospect. Advertising and Editorial Photographer ~ For photographers who enjoy travel, meeting creative people and solving visual challenges, a career in Advertising and Editorial Photography is a highly attractive prospect. Advertising and Editorial Photographers produce seductive images that are used to support or demonstrate a marketing idea in answer to a photographic brief given to them by a client, a designer or an advertising agency. The photographs are used to help describe and sell a product or idea, and are usually accompanied by a short phrase or strap-line. Wages: §43/hour Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Work hours: 9.00am ~ 5.00pm 5. Press Photographer ~ Press Photographers produce photographs of current events, and the people involved in them, on a daily basis, for national or local newspapers, news magazines and press agencies. Images are invariably shot on location, using hand-held digital cameras with a portable electronic flash, with the photographer also carrying a laptop and a mobile phone so that they can download images directly to the picture desk. Forensic Photographer for NCIS ~ While it may not always be quite as glamorous as depicted on TV, forensic photography is still a fascinating area of work suitable to highly organised photographers who combine excellent technical skills with a methodical and meticulous working practice. Forensic Photographers produce a permanent visual record of the scenes of accidents and crime scenes for use as evidence in court. They must be able to produce detailed recordings of all the available evidence at the scene, including overview photographs as well as accurate images of tire marks, fingerprints, footprints, blood spatters, bullet holes and other unique evidence at the scene. Unit Stills Photographer ~ Unit Stills Photographers take the vitally important photographs of film sets or studio shoots that are used to create the press and publicity for feature films. It is the Fashion Photographer's job not only to photograph garments but also to interpret the underlying ideas and associations suggested by the season, the range of clothes, the designer or the design brand. Fashion Photographers work both in studios and on location to produce imaginative and eye-catching photographs that illustrate and advertise clothes, accessories and lifestyle. Wages: §700/hour Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday Work hours: 9.00am ~ 2.00pm 10. Super-Star Photographer ~ EVERYONE knows your name! All the stars in Hollywood want you to take their photos!!! In studios, on the Red Carpet, at Award Ceremonies, on the ramp and even on holiday. Wages: §1,000/hour Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Work hours: 9.00am ~ 2.00pm
Technical Stuff: This career was made with patch 1.38 and should work with all lower patches. It requires the Base Game and World Adventures to work (since that was the expansion the Photography skill came with) and should work with any other combination of expansion and stuff packs. It works in my game but if you have problems, let me know :)
